Baku City Deputy Prosecutor: â€œAccusation has been declared on 4 persons related to April 2 actionâ€

He noted that criminal case has been launched in relation to the incidents took place on April 2, under the articles #233 (Organization of actions promoting infringement of a social order or active participation in such actions) and #315 (Resistance or application of violence concerning the representative of authority) of the Criminal Code. 4 persons have been brought to responsibility in this regard. They are â€“ Deputy Chairman of Musavat Party Arif Hajili, Chairman of the youth organization of Musavat party Tural Abbasli, Deputy Chairman of APFP Party Fuad Gahramanli and APFP member Mammad Majidli.

Fazil Hasanaliyev also added that today, the accusation under the article #233 (Organization of actions promoting infringement of a social order or active participation in such actions) has been declared on suspicious persons.

At present, investigation is underway.
