Chairman of Ganja organization of Islamic Party of Azerbaijan declared internationally wanted in line of Interpol

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Chairman of Ganja organization of Islamic Party of Azerbaijan Yusif Alakbarov is declared internationally wanted, Interpol National Central Bureau in Azerbaijan told APA. According the information, Alakbarov is charged with the being member of the organized crime gang and terrorism. Alakbarov was declared internationally wanted by the verdict of Nasimi District Court and the Interpol member countries were sent questionnaire on it. The investigative works are being continued now for his arrest.

Note that, as a result of investigative actions and works held jointly by Republic Prosecutor’s Office, Ganja city Office of Ministry of National Security and Ganja City Police Office, home of Alakbarov Yusif Fakhraddin, born in 1967, situated in Ganja city at Bunyadzadeh street ap. 2 was searched by the employees of abovementioned organizations.

1 “Aksu”, 2 “AK-74”, 1 “AKM”, 1 “AKM” with the wiped number, 1 “UZI”, 2 shells, 2 garnets, 2 TNT blocks, 1 wick, 1191 patrons of different calibers, 6 bandoleers, 3 sabers, 1 sword, 1 knife, 1 portable aero phone and 4 microphones for it, 38 posters of religious content, 17 books and 20 disks propagandizing the religious extremism.

During the search of his home, Alakbarov was in Kerbala. After getiing information on it, he refused to return to Azerbaijan.

According APA’s information, Alakbarov is in Gum city of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
