APA reports that making a speech at the seminar, member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the NATO PA Siyavush Novruzov said that after the withdrawal of the Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the chaotic situation in the country turned it into an uncontrolled area.
He noted that the same situation prevails in the Nagorno Karabakh occupied by Armenia. “Drugs are cultivated both in Afghanistan and Nagorno Karabakh. Terrorists are receiving trainings both in Afghanistan and Nagorno Karabakh”, he added.
He said that as far as Armenia continues such occupation, it cannot host any international events and attend either as a guest or a peace-loving state.
