One person was killed as a result of Russia's missile and drone strikes on Ukraine's Odesa region, APA reports.
According to the Ukrainian side, the attack targeted populated areas.
According to Inna Verbna, spokesperson for the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, the roof of a private house was destroyed, two more houses were damaged, and their windows were shattered. A 61-year-old local resident was killed in the attack.
Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper said that a drone struck a two-story residential building in one of the settlements, killing a woman.
It was also reported that a fire broke out on the main gas pipeline during the attack.
Ukrainian law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the war crime that resulted in the death of a civilian.
