Forest fires have broken out in the Turkish provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Antalya, and Muğla, APA reports.
Efforts to extinguish the fire that broke out in the Çamlıca neighborhood of Antalya's Kepez district are underway by air and on the ground.
According to the Antalya Regional Directorate of Forestry, five helicopters, four firefighting aircraft, 12 specialized vehicles, four water supply trucks, and four rapid response vehicles have been deployed to contain the blaze.
Several homes in the area have been evacuated due to the threat posed by the fire.
Firefighting operations are also continuing to bring the forest fires in Fethiye, Muğla, and Afyonkarahisar under control.
