The event is also being attended by the speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov, First Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament, head of Azerbaijani delegation to the NATO PA Ziyafat Asgerov and MPs.
Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Araz Azimov is planned to make speech on Nagorno Karabakh. The seminar will last three days and focus on the discussion of the processes in the region.
The seminar is also being attended by head of Armenian delegation to the NATO PA Koryun Nahapetyan and member of delegation Tevan Poghosyan.
