The Ambassador said that mutual visits of officials of the two countries show the unwavering friendship. He underlined Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov’s recent visit to Russia and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s visit to Baku as an example.
“Such visits contribute to the improvement of bilateral relations and the two countries welcomes this development. I am glad that the Russian visitors had an opportunity to assess the development of Azerbaijan,” Bulbuloghlu noted.
The ambassador emphasized the role of Russia as one of the world's political and cultural centers.
