Baku. Ramiz Mikayologlu - APA. Azerbaijan has proposed the European Union (EU) to sign a strategic cooperation agreement, said Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Director of the Administration's Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov, APA reports.
Mammadov said that Azerbaijan prefers its national interests and hasn’t responded the EU proposal on signing Association agreement as it failed to meet all its requirements.
He added that the strategic cooperation agreement that Azerbaijan proposed to the EU is being developing.
