The last section of the seminar was dedicated to Afghanistan.
At the end of the seminar, Director of the institute for Strategic Studies of Afghanistan Davood Moradian recited a poem from Khosrow and Shirin by Nizami Ganjavi in Persian and called the world for love and peace. But thereat, he made a mistake calling genius Azerbaijani poet “Persian poet”.
Member of the Azerbaijani Delegation to the NATO PA, moderator Malahat Ibrahimgizi immediately corrected Moradian’s mistake, underlining that Nizami Ganjavi is a great Azerbaijani poet and all historical sources proved it. Ibrahimgizi repeated this poem in Azerbaijani and the last section of the seminar was completed.
