At the meeting the Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov informed the guests about the work carried out in the country in the direction of prevention of accidents and mitigation of their consequences, and touched the prospects of cooperation with the relevant structures of Iran.
The minister noted that the mutual visits of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran, Ilham Aliyev and Hassan Rouhani and signed documents laid the foundation for a new stage in the strengthening of bilateral ties.
Mahmoud Vaezi, in turn, expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and noted the importance of development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the relevant agencies of the two countries.
At the meeting also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
