Fourth Traditional International Festival held at ADA University

Baku. Rufat Ahmadzada – APA. The Fourth Traditional International Festival was held in ADA University, APA reports. Embassies and representative offices of more than 40 countries have attended the festival with national stands. The stands with brochures, magazines, catalogs as well as national cuisine patterns reflecting country-specific information were presented to young people. The Festival aims to familiarize with different cultures and create an intercultural dialogue.

The festival was also attended by representatives of embassies operating in Azerbaijan, employees of international organizations and foreign and local students studying at various universities of Azerbaijan as well as ADA University.

Advisor for Economic Affairs of the Embassy of Ukraine Vadim Sidachenko said that he attended the event for the first time and was pleased with the students’ attention. “The Ukrainian student studying at ADA University represents us here today. We are very satisfied with your young people’s interest for Ukraine. 600 Azerbaijani students are studying in various specialties in Ukraine.

Information desks of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism and national dances and costumes of Azerbaijan were represented at the festival. Presentations and concert programs were demonstrated in the concert hall of ADA.
