He mentioned that the TURKPA is Turkic-speaking countries’ only common organization which is influential in the international arena: “We dream to see other fraternal Turkic-speaking countries among us, which will help us to achieve our goals much sooner”.
Mr Çiçek also expressed his regret for the disagreement in connection with the accession of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to the TURKPA: “We also wish to see the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus among us as a fraternal country, but at the same time, we regret that there’s a difference of opinion in this regard at the TURKPA”.
Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan are the current members of the TURKPA.
