APA reports that the letter reads as follows:
“Your Highness, I extend my sincere congratulations to You and your nation on your country’s national holiday. I’m confident that relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates would further develop and expand in line with our nations’ interests. I wish the best to You and peace and prosperity to the fraternal people of the United Arab Emirates”.
