Heydarov noted that the talks held within mutual official visits of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and documents signed on cooperation in various fields opened up a new stage in the development of bilateral relations.
The minister stressed that the discussions on enhancement of the cooperation on security matters in industrial and mining operations, held during MES delegation’s visit to Iran in March this year, were also very productive.
In his turn, Ne’matzadeh said there are broad prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of mining industry between the ministries of the two countries.
The two sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
