Baku-APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Anne-Marie Idrac, the French Secretary of State for Foreign Trade, Co-Chair of French-Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission on March 19, the President’s Press Service told APA.
Ms. Idrac presented the message of French President Nicolas Sarkozy to the President.
The sides expressed their satisfaction with the expansion of bilateral relations in various spheres such as policy, economy, energy, culture etc., and successful activity of French companies in Azerbaijan.
The meeting focused on the assembly of the Commission in Baku and stressed the importance of French businessmen’s visit to Azerbaijan in terms of further development of the relations.
