Jordanian FM: Azerbaijan has great potential, we can benefit from it

“There is potential for cooperation in oil, railways, information and communication technologies, and other fields,” Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi said at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, APA reports.

The minister said that the region is undergoing major changes: “We should also benefit from this. Azerbaijani gas is already reaching markets in other regions and is being exported to Syria. We are the gateway to that region. Syria must now take its place in the region. The next period will be a period of regional cooperation. We believe that Azerbaijan has great potential thanks to its highly qualified workforce, stability, and geographical location. We can also benefit from this.”
