Edward Nalbandian: â€œThe solution process of the problems between Armenia and Turkey couldnâ€™t dispute the fact of Armenian genocideâ€

Paris â€“APA. â€œThe solution process of the problems between Armenia and Turkey couldnâ€™t dispute the fact of Armenian genocideâ€, said Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian in his speech at the French Diplomatic Academy, APA reports quoting the Armenian Public Television. â€œIf Armenian and Turkish parts have a political will and sincere intentions to normalize the relations, no factor could prevent it. We are close to restore the relations and to open the borders unconditionallyâ€, said Nalbandian, answering the question about the impact of possible recognition of so-called â€œArmenian genocideâ€ by the United States on the Armenian-Turkish relations.
Nalbandian denied reports about the Turkeyâ€™s mediation in the process of settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. â€œBoth Turkey and Azerbaijan stated for many times that they are two parts of one nation. How can one part to mediate between another one and other country?â€

Nalbandian said Armenia, chairing the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, invited the foreign ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan to the BSECO foreign ministerâ€™s meeting this spring. â€œOf course, I will be very pleased with the visit of Turkish foreign minister to Armeniaâ€.
