Edward Nalbandian: â€œI am ready to meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Ministerâ€

Yerevanâ€“APA. Armenian foreign minister Edward Nalbandian agreed to meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov, APA reports. â€œAzerbaijani side agreed to the meeting and I am not against it. I hope that the meeting will take placeâ€, Nalbandian told journalists. He said the meeting could take place in Zurich. â€œThe foreign ministers meet on the initiative of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs before the expected meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armeniaâ€. Nalbandian said the co-chairs did not make changes to the plan of solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. â€œWe discussed with the co-chairs the issue of approach of the countriesâ€™ positions on the Madrid principles in the situations created after the Moscow and Helsinki statements. I do not make prognosis and carefully react to such statementsâ€.
