International Human Rights Organizations appealed on arrested national activists in Iran

Defense Association of Azerbaijani Political Prisoners appealed to International Human Rights Organizations on arrest of teacher of Shahid Rajaee University Abdulalh Abbasi Javan and his nephew Hussein Husseini during commemorative ceremony of Sattarkhan, Association told APA
The appeal covers breach of human rights of 35 million Azerbaijanis in Iran, pressures and assimilation against hundreds of Azerbaijanis by Persian Government.
“They were undertaken tortures in jail and deprived of taking lawyer, because they were accused of damaging “national security “. Abdullah Ababsi Javan and his nephew were arrested in Ray city on November 14,2008. They were detained because of attending anniversary of Sattarkhan . Abbasi contacted with his brother once since his arrest. He went on hunger strike from December 12. Therefore, International Human Right Organizations should strengthen pressures against Iran to release Abdullah Abbasi Javan and Hussein Husseini,” said in appeal.
