Azerbaijani President receives credentials of Hungarian and Belgian ambassadors

Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Azerbaijan Jenő Boros. APA reports that the ambassador conveyed the greetings of Hungarian President László Sólyom and Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány to the head of state.

President Ilham Aliyev underlined that there was a great potential to extend the cooperation in various spheres between the two countries. The president wished the ambassador achievements and expressed his hope that he would make contributions to the expansion of the mutual relations.

The head of state also received the credentials of newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium Philip Jotard.

Speaking about the cooperation between the two countries, the President also touched on the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union. The head of state wished achievements to the ambassador.

Philip Jotard said he would make his best to strengthen the relations of Azerbaijan with Belgium and the European Union.
