Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev–APA. “The Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) met in Paris earlier in the day to decide whether to recommend the Strasbourg-based assembly to suspend the voting rights of its Armenian members at its January session. Seyidov stressed that election of chairman to PACE Sub committee on Nagorno Karabakh could be debated during session.
Asked whether the Council of Europe protested amendments and annexes to the Azerbaijani Constitution or not, he answered that many CE member countries amended the Constitution.
