Elmar Mammadyarov receives outgoing head of the OSCE Office in Baku

Baku. Lachin Sultanovaâ€“APA. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has received JosÃ© Luis Herrero, Head of the OSCE Office in Baku due to expiration of his tenure, Press Service of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told APA.
Mr. Herrero spoke about productive cooperation of OSCE Office in Baku with Azerbaijani executive structures and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry. The diplomat stated that he would leave Azerbaijan with good impressions and would chair OSCE Office in Macedonia. Elmar Mammadyarov expressed satisfaction with cooperation with OSCE Office in Baku and spoke about active democratic reforms carried out in the country, as well as wished good luck to Herrero in his new appointment.
