The minister underlined the facts that proposals would be reconsidered and amended were groundless.
“Reports that Armenian foreign ministry had received the document on amendment of Madrid proposals are not true as well. We have received a document on Madrid proposals, but it does not cover change of essence of proposals. It is natural to receive such kind of documents during negotiations process. If we publicize every document, it will not worth negotiating. We conduct negotiations basing on Madrid proposalsâ€, the minister added.
