Azerbaijani Foreign Minister meets with the Swiss President

Baku. Lachin Sultanovaâ€“APA. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, who is on a visit to Switzerland, met with President of this country Pascal Couchepin and Speaker of the Parliament Andre Bugnon, Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey. The bilateral and multilateral relations were discussed at the meeting and the sides expressed satisfaction with the dynamic of development of the relations, Azerbaijani Embassy to Switzerland told APA.

They exchanged opinion on the development of dialogue between the high-ranking officials of Azerbaijan and Switzerland, economic relations, energy cooperation and results of the Baku Energy Summit. Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, the negotiations process and current political situation in the region were also focused at the meetings.
