Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. “The French Senate’s decision is contradictory to laws, freedom of speech, thought and expression. This is the game of a small group of politicians. This decision does not correspond to the current principles of France and makes the country to return to the beginning of the revolution of 1789â€, Hulusi Kilic, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan told reporters, APA reports.
He named the French Senate’s law as a spot on the history of the French people. “We, as a Turkic world, condemn this step. We accept this as disrespect to us. France has no authority to judge Turkeyâ€.
Hulusi Kilic said that he appreciates the position of the Azerbaijani people and the government on this issue, and thanked them for it.
