Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. The delegation led by Head of the Turkey-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group of the Turkish Parliament Necdet Unuvar arrives in Azerbaijan today, APA was told by Unuvar’s office.
CHP Istanbul MP Ali Ozgunduz, MHP Igdir MP Sinan Ogan and AKP Elazig MP Åžuay Alpay are represented in the delegation.
No information was given on the program of the visit which will continue till January 20.
According to APA, during the visit the delegation will meet the leadership of Azerbaijani Parliament and members of Azerbaijani-Turkish friendship group in the Azerbaijani Parliament. The meeting will focus on the joint struggle against draft law on criminalization of denial of made-up “Armenian genocide†which is planned to be submitted for discussion in the French Senate.
