He said that most probably Azerbaijanis wouldn’t massively migrate to Europe: “Azerbaijan’s population is not so large and the citizens are satisfied with the living standards in the countryâ€. But the probability of Azerbaijan’s turning into the transit country will be discussed in the negotiations in Baku, because we will also hold negotiations on readmission. “Readmission considers that not all non-Azerbaijani citizens illegally migrated to European Union will be returned by Azerbaijan to their countriesâ€. The termination of negotiations depends on the political will of the sides. “The talks on visa facilitation and readmission with Georgia lasted year and a half. There was a political will to pass this decision. If Azerbaijan has such will, we can reach a decisionâ€.
