Presidential orders on approval two intergovernmental agreements

Baku – APA. The President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev has issued today orders on approval two intergovernmental agreements, APA reports quoting AzerTac news agency.

One presidential order approves the agreement, concluded in Beijing on December 29, 2009, between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of People’s Republic of China, on Chinese’s gratis military aid to Azerbaijan. Another presidential order approves the intergovernmental agreement, concluded in Baku, on October 30, 2009, between the Azerbaijan Republic and the Czech Republic, on cooperation in economic, scientific-technical, and cultural fields.

The Ministry of Defense reportedly is entrusted to solve all the issues related to the item 1 of the present order. According to the item 1 of the present order, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entrusted to notify the government of People’s Republic of China and the government of Czech Republic respectively on carrying out all necessary domestic procedures for coming into effect the Agreements.
