Armenian presidential adviser: Madrid principles can be changed for many times until peace agreement

Yerevan â€“ APA. â€œMadrid principles on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be changed until the signing of peace agreementâ€, adviser to the Armenian president for national security Garnik Isagulyan, APA reports. He said Armenia has already submitted its proposals on renewed version of Madrid principles. The adviser denied reports about the agreement on returning of five regions to Azerbaijan. He said Armenian opposition was an author of these claims. â€œThey send messages to the outside forces that they have willingness to return five regions to Azerbaijan while coming to powerâ€. Isagulyan said Armenian side brought to agenda the issues not raised previously. â€œThese issues are mostly related to the territories of Shaumyan, Mardakert and Martuni regions of Nagorno Karabakh occupied by Azerbaijan and problems of Armenian refugeesâ€.
