Elmar Mammedyarov received chief of foreign affaires committee of the Latvian Parliament

Baku â€“ APA. Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammedyarov received chief of foreign affaires committee of the Latvian Parliament Emanuelis Zingepusu, APA reports quoting press service of the Foreign Affaires Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic.

During the meeting the parties discussed the current state of mutual relations between two countries as well as the cooperation within the international organizations.

E. Zingepusu said that Latvia is ready to render Azerbaijan every possible aid for integration into the European institutions. â€œItâ€™s necessary to intensify our relations in this fieldâ€ â€“ he underlined.
In turn, foreign minister E. Mamedyarov expressed his gratitude to Latvia for support Azerbaijanâ€™s position.

Speaking about the necessity of intensification of the relations between two countries in the field of economy, energy, education, and other fields E. Mammedyarov stressed that these relations are possible both bilaterally and within EU cooperation.

In the meeting the parties discussed also other issues.
