EU probably to sign associative agreement with Azerbaijan at the end of March

I hope within the Eastern Partnership program EU will probably sign its associative agreement with Azerbaijan at the end of March, APA reports citing the Spanish FM Miguel Angel Moratinos as saying during the press conference on the outcomes of the meeting between Elmar Mammedyarov and EU president, Spanish FM Miguel Angel Moratinos.

Note that, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and Armenia are members of the Eastern Partnership program, which doesnâ€™t consider the membership of these members in the EU, but political and economical integration, easening of visa procedures and cooperation in energy field. Associative agreement between Azerbaijan and EU will open new trade opportunities and give impetus to the beginning of talks on easening of visa procedures.
