Azerbaijani ambassador to UK Fakhraddin Gurbanov gave detailed information about the tragedy and called it a bloody crime committed not only against Azerbaijanis, but against whole humanity. He said international community should give necessary assessment to the unprecedented massacre committed by the Armenian military forces against the peaceful population and organizers of the massacre should be responsible for their crime.

Then well-known researcher-journalist, author of “Azerbaijani Diary” Thomas Goltz, who visited the region after the Khojaly tragedy, spoke about the events he witnessed. Goltz said Khojaly tragedy was one of the bloodiest crimes committed against the peaceful civilians and unfortunately it has not received its historic assessment yet.
