Bayram Safarov: â€œThe referendum will be held in Nagorno Karabakh only after the Azerbaijanis return to their landsâ€

Members of the Public Union â€œAzerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakhâ€ met with OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev in Baku, APA reports. Chairman of the public union Bayram Safarov said after the meeting that he had given a number of questions to OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
â€œOver 75,000 Azerbaijanis will return to Karabakh, only after that the referendum will be held,â€ Safarov said.
Bayram Safarov considers that the Armenians, who used to live with them together, want to live in the composition of Azerbaijan. According to Safarov, economy plays important role in this.

The delegation led by Kanat Saudabayev also includes personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
