According to him, any country can cooperate with the other country in all spheres, including military sphere.
“Azerbaijan does not interfere in the relations between two countries. But these relations must not contradict Azerbaijan’s national interests,†he said.
Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said during his visit to France that the two countries had signed agreement on defense cooperation.
