OSCE Chairman-in-Office Kanat Saudabayev meets with leaders of political parties in Azerbaijan

Chairman of Democratic Reforms Party Asim Mollazadeh told APA that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict had been discussed at the meeting. Party leaders noted that the Azerbaijani society had negative opinion of the unsuccessful activity of OSCE Minsk Group.
â€œWe noted that there was a special nihilism, one member of OSCE had occupied the land of another country, hundreds of thousands of people had been displaced from their homes but the violator was not reproached. The position of OSCE on the case is contrary to the main principles and we said we expected much from OSCE Chairman-in-Office from Kazakhstan,â€ he said.

Kanat Saudabayev noted that he would be engaged in the democratic processes in the regional countries during his chairmanship. Nagorno Karabakh is the most important conflict among these problems.

Human rights, democracy, forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan have also been discussed during the meeting.

Deputy chairman of New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov, chairman of Musavat Party Isa Gambar, chairman of Umid Party Igbal Agazadeh, AXCP chairman Ali Karimli, chairman of Great Establishment Party Fazil Mustafa and the president of Public Forum for Azerbaijan Eldar Namazov attended the meeting.
