He emphasized that Azerbaijani-Israeli relations are developed in right direction and political, economic and cultural relations are in the necessary level. “The majority of Israeli citizens came from Azerbaijan also effect on the development of relations. We highly appreciate the attitude toward Jewish people in Azerbaijan. I met with the representatives of Jewish community in Baku. They said they had no problems with integration into the socio-political life of Azerbaijanâ€.
The minister also informed about the upcoming visits. He said large business delegation of Azerbaijan would visit Israel next month. Parliamentarians and education officials also expected to visit Israel.
Lieberman said though Azerbaijan doesn’t have embassy in Israel, the two countries have excellent relations.
