President Ilham Aliyev appoints new ambassador in Turkmenistan

Baku – APA. Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on appointment of V. M. Sultan-zade as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan, APA reports quoting AzerTag information agency.
Governed by Section 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:
Vahdat Mammadaga oglu Sultan-zada is to be appointed the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan.
