Baku – APA. Today the President of Azerbaijan today has sent a congratulation letter to his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. In the letter the president Ilham Aliyev cordially congratulated Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and all Iranian people on the national holiday of the country - Day of Islamic Revolution, APA reports quoting AzerTag information agency.
Besides it, Azerbaijani president expressed his assurance in further development the intergovernmental relations in ascending direction between two countries.
At the end President Ilham Aliyev wished M. Ahmadinejad good health, success in activity, and peace and welfare to friendly people of Iran.
