Lachin Sultanova – APA. “The meetings and mutual visits of Azerbaijani and Armenian intellectuals and public figures can be organized between the people trusting each otherâ€, said Special Representative of the Russian President for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvidkoy. Answering the APA’s question about the possibility of next meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian representatives, Shvidkoy said Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu, former Armenian ambassador to Russia Armen Smbatyan and he completely trusted each other. “Unfortunately I don’t know Armenian present ambassador to Russia and so I can’t express concrete opinion about this issueâ€.
