Nalbandian said Armenia and Turkey did not plan to sign any document within the framework of BSEC Foreign Ministers meeting. The minister also said Turkey was not mediator in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
“The negotiations on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict are held within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group and with the help of its co-chairs. There is no other format,†he said.
The Wall Street Journal wrote that Turkey and Armenia would sign a document and borders would be reopened on April 16.
