Putin instructed that an urgent decision be made on subsidies for Crimea and Sevastopol due to rising fuel prices. He said that there are opportunities for this.
The Russian president instructed that support be provided to residents of the Crimean Peninsula and those coming there for vacation.
Putin said that Kyiv is trying to create nervousness in Russian society: "But this is an impossible task. Because Russia’s energy complex has large reserves."
