Latvian Foreign Minister to arrive in Azerbaijan for two-day official visit

Baku. Lachin Sultanova – APA. Latvian Foreign Minister Maris Riekstins will arrive in Azerbaijan on Thursday for two-day official visit on the invitation of his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov, Latvian Embassy in Baku told APA. The minister will be received on Thursday by President Ilham Aliyev. Then Riekstins will meet with Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and hold joint briefing with him. The Latvian minister is planning to meet with Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev and Minister of Transportation Ziya Mammadov. Riekstins will attend the Azerbaijan-Latvia business forum. On April 17, the Latvian minister will visit the Alleys of Honor and Martyrs. No documents expected to be signed during the visit.
