Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Amendments to the laws on “Central Bank” and “Public Debt” are offered in order to be conformed to the law on “Insurance of deposits”, MP Ziyad Samadzade said at the meeting of Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Milli Majlis (Parliament).
Deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Aftandil Babayev informed about the amendments. According to him, a new article - giving guaranteed loans to the ADIF is offered to be annexed to the law on “Central Bank”.
New article is also offered to be annexed to the law on “Public Debt”. According to the article #3.4-1, the rules on receiving of guaranteed loans by the ADIF will be regulated by the law on “Insurance of deposits”.
Both draft laws were recommended to the plenary meeting of the parliament.
