Azerbaijan announces forecast on economic growth in 2017

According to the Ministry of Finance, the growth tendency will continue in 2018-2020 and real economic growth rate is forecasted to be 2.4%.

GDP in non-oil sector will increase 2.5% to AZN 41.7 billion. Share of private sector will be 82.8%.

AZN 4 billion or 6.4% of the GDP will be generated in forestry, agriculture and fishery, AZN 22.2 billion or 36.2% in industry, AZN 6.1 billion or 9.9% in construction, AZN 24.3 billion or 39.6% in services, AZN 4.8 billion or 7.8% in net taxes on production and import.
