Last month, 3.40 million US dollars were transferred from Azerbaijan to Georgia, APA reports, citing National Bank of Georgia.
The volume of remittances decreased by 1.89% compared to the previous year. Azerbaijan's share in the total remittances received by Georgia in September was 1.07%.
In the reporting month, 6.46 million US dollars were sent from Georgia to Azerbaijan, which is 43% more than the same indicator last year.
In January-September of this year, 30.2 million US dollars were transferred from Azerbaijan to Georgia, and 46.3 million US dollars were transferred in the opposite direction.
