As of October 1, 2025, the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to 21 billion 541.2 million manat, APA-Economics reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The monetary base increased by 2% or 419.4 million manat compared to the previous month.
According to the information, the monetary base in the country increased by 3% compared to the beginning of the year, and by 3.1% over the last 1 year.
Note that the monetary base includes cash in circulation and bank reserves (free bank and mandatory reserves of commercial banks).
