It is proposed to allocate funds in the budget to protect the rights of Azerbaijanis living abroad

"We have to increase the number of our embassies. In any case, the time has come to review the list regarding the opening of new embassies," said Samad Seyidov, Chairman of the International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Committee of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijani Republic at the joint meeting with Milli Majlis Committee of Law Policy and State-Building, The Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee, Human rights Committee, APA reports.

"As the President mentioned in his speech, we have to pay special attention to the protection of the rights of Azerbaijanis living in other countries. We have to increase attention to the protection of the rights of the 40 million Azerbaijanis living outside Azerbaijan. This also requires further funds. It is a dream of all of us to see this in the budget at a higher level," said the chair of the Committee of Milli Majlis.
