GDP production in non-oil and gas sector increased by nearly 3%

In January–September 2025, a total of 95 billion 229.2 million manats worth of gross domestic product (GDP) or 1.3 percent more GDP compared to the same period of the previous year, was produced in the country, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.

According to the information, the added value in the oil and gas sector of the economy decreased by 1.9 percent, while in the non-oil and gas sector it increased by 2.9 percent.

34.2 percent of GDP production came from industry, 10.5 percent from trade and repair of vehicles, 7.0 percent from transportation and storage, 6.8 percent from agriculture, forestry and fishing, 6.6 percent from construction, 2.8 percent from accommodation of tourists and public catering, 1.8 percent from information and communication sectors, and 20.7 percent from other sectors, while net taxes on products and imports accounted for 9.6 percent of GDP.

GDP per capita amounted to 9,300.3 manats.
