In the base scenario, the average annual export price of a barrel of oil is assumed to be 65 US dollars for 2026 and will remain the same for 2027-2029, it is reflected in the "Medium-Term Expenditure Framework for 2026-2029" prepared by the Ministry of Finance, APA-Economics reports.
It was noted that, in addition, from 2029, production is expected to increase due to the full exploitation of the Absheron field, which will also make a positive contribution to the overall development of the sector.
