Azerbaijan’s state budget revenues exceed forecast by nearly AZN 700 mln

During January-September of the current year, state budget revenues amounted to 29,142.4 million manat, which exceeded the nine-month forecast by 675.2 million manat or 2.4 percent, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.

Revenues from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy reached 12,455.8 million manat, exceeding the forecast by 614.2 million manat, or 5.2%. Revenues from the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy totaled 34.5 million manat, surpassing the forecast by 8.2 million manat, or 31.2%. Other revenues amounted to 563.2 million manat, exceeding the forecast by 304.4 million manat, or more than double. Transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 10,860.7 million manat, fully meeting the forecast.

At the same time, revenues from the State Customs Committee amounted to 4,748.0 million manat, which is 98.4 percent of the forecast, and revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the state budget amounted to 480.2 million manat, which is 73.3 percent of the forecast.

State budget expenditures were executed in the amount of 24,668.2 million manat during the first 9 months of 2025.
